The 3D printing blister pattern has delicate texture and bright colors, and can better serve as a promotional reminder compared to traditional printing brushes.Here is the steps to create 3D printed vacuum forming signage:

1. Using plastic sheets with tensile and shrinkage characteristics for product design flat development drawings

2. Set the color of the product pattern, compare the product pattern with the reference point of the flat plan, place the pattern color on the corresponding flat plan, use printing methods to generate printed sheets or films, and simultaneously print cross hairs or corner lines onto the printed sheets to serve as positioning markers

3. Glue is used to bond the copper plate printing thin film with the film, and a composite slitting machine is installed to cut the board to obtain the sheet material. UV or screen printing is used, and the pattern will be directly printed on the film

4. Install the suction molding machine and product mold, place the sheet on the suction molding machine clamp frame for positioning and fixation, and position the product mold on the suction molding machine mold plate frame

5. There is a hot stove on the vacuum molding machine, which uses an adjusted hot stove to bake the printed film and make it soft. The movable hot stove or clamping frame, as well as the use of a lifting mold method, is used to suction and paste the film into the mold. The vacuum suction method is used to suction the printed film and perform positioning molding

6. After positioning and forming, demould and punch to remove edges and corners to obtain the finished product.
