Production Process
  • 01
    Accoring to customer design to make mold
    Customer provided the 3D drawing to us, we will make mold design according to products drawing.The mold will be used in the vacuum forming process to create plastic parts or products. It is typically made from a rigid material, such as aluminum or wood, and is shaped according to the desired final product.

    Accoding to product application to produce plastic sheet
    According to different application the different type of extrusing plastic sheet will be produced accordingly included the size,thickness,glossy,matte or textured,colors etc.Sometimes should combined the function of UV resistant,fire retardant.

    Vacuum formed the plastic sheet to the sharp
    The first step of vacuum forming is heating the plastic sheet.Then the theated sheet of plastic is either draped into a female mold or over a male mold, and then draw out the air between the plastic and the mold, while normal atmospheric pressure pushes the softened plastic against the mold to the customized sharp.

    CNC cutting the edges and drilling the holes
    There is often excess material around the edges of the part, and that material is routed or trimmed off.Our 5 axis CNC cutting machine has high precision and can finish whole cutting at one time as 360 degree rotating works.And then will drill the holes in the correct place with sharp of round or Rectangle or specific shape.

    Trimming the each edges and corners
    Some corners or chamfered areas may not be as smooth during knife processing, which requires manual trimming and polishing.Therefore to get the smooth and perfect finished vacuum forming parts.

    Cleaning and packaging the products
    Finally,we will clean the qualified parts.In order different transportation way,we will pack with customized cartons or pallets,even customized cratchs or wooden case.
